Mula bersiaran pada 19 April 2011, setiap hari Selasa, jam 10.00pagi, rancangan ini menyusul selepas tamatnya musim kedua "5 Rencah 5 Rasa". Bersiaran sebanyak 25 episod, DAPUR NYONYA dihoskan oleh chef selebriti terkemuka tanah air, Florence Tan, juga seorang duta masakan Baba Nyonya di peringkat antarabangsa dan personaliti terkenal, Chermaine Poo. Bersama chef Florence dan Charmaine di dapur, saksikan telatah mereka dalam menyediakan beraneka resipi-resipi hebat dan lazat di samping membawa anda lebih dekat untuk mengenali dan menghargai sejarah dan budaya kaum Baba Nyonya di Malaysia. Bersesuaian dengan tema dan nama program, ikuti panduan dan tips berguna daripada chef Florence Tan di samping berkongsi rahsia keenakkan hidangan klasik dan moden Nyonya, termasuklah teknik penggunaan rempah dan wok, ramuan serta peralatan memasak tradisional. Antara masakan Baba Nyonya yang popular ialah bubur caca, ikan bakar dan kuah asam, laksa kari nyonya, kuih muih nyonya, nasi kerabu dan banyak lagi. Menurut Puan Nurul Aini Abu Bakar, Pengurus Besar Kumpulan, Kumpulan Pengurusan Jenama TV3 dan TV9 "Dari segi pengisian dan kandungan program, pihak kami sentiasa berusaha untuk menampilkan sesuatu yang berbeza dan pada masa yang sama ia haruslah mempunyai nilai eksklusif dan keunikan tersendiri. Seperti yang dipaparkan melalui DAPUR NYONYA, rancangan ini ternyata membuahkan pelbagai hasil yang positif dan berfaedah dari segi ilmu, di samping menerapkan elemen hiburan santai buat para penonton.
