Altitude X will take Khoo on an X-citing journey on his quest of scaling eight of the highest peaks within the AirAsia X's network namely China, London, Paris, Iran, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and New Zealand.

Khoo's adventurous climb will start off at Mt Everest in China which he has conquered twice through Nepal. This time around, he will climb the North Ridge from Tibet, accessible via AirAsia X's flight to Chengdu. If he succeeds, he will be the 1st South East Asian to have reached the summit of Everest 3 times. When asked the reason for climbing Mt Everest for the 3rd time, Khoo says, "I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to travel and to climb numerous peaks around the world. If possible, I would love to climb Mt Everest again when I am 50, 60 or even 70 if health permits. When you live life with passion, you do not know the meaning of retirement." | Filem Karak Bawa Konsep Hardcore Horror Posted: 06 Apr 2011 09:13 AM PDT Selepas mengecapi kejayaan besar melalui filem epik/aksi "Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa", KRU Studios sekali lagi bakal mengegarkan pawagam dengan keluaran filem ke-9 mereka yang berkonsepkan hardcore horror iaitu "KARAK". "Karak" merupakan filem bergenre seram pertama terbitan KRU Studios dan juga menerima sentuhan emas daripada pengarah tersohor, Yusry Abdul Halim. Bagi Yusry, "Karak" adalah filem ke-4 arahan beliau dan buat pertama kalinya mengarah filem seram. Ramai pasti sudah biasa mendengar dan mengetahui tentang kejadian-kejadian paranormal yang diperkatakan berlaku di lebuhraya Karak melalui pelbagai versi. Berlandaskan kisah misteri seram dan urban legend ini, terhasillah filem "Karak" yang diterajui oleh Shahir AF8 (Nik), Shera Ayob (Zura), Along Ezeyndy (Jack), KilaFairy (Ida) dan Sidek Hussin (Tok Malam). Tonton Trailer Filem Karak: Ianya mengisahkan empat pelajar kolej yang dalam perjalanan dari Kuala Lumpur menuju ke Kuantan. Mereka mengalami kesesakan yang luar biasa di lebuhraya Karak dan bernekad mencari jalan alternatif iaitu melalui jalan lama tanpa menyedari keputusan ini bakal merubah kehidupan mereka selama-lamanya. Menurut Yusry, pemilihan pelakon yang rata-ratanya adalah terdiri daripada barisan pelakon baru seperti Shahir, Shera Ayob dan KilaFairy adalah berdasarkan keperluan jalan cerita yang memerlukan keaaslian serta kementahan bagi menimbulkan perasaan seolah-olah kejadian di dalam filem ini benar-benar berlaku. "Karak" juga menampilkan 10 imej entiti makhluk halus dengan gabungan special effects make-up serta CGI dengan mengambil penterjemahan bahawa jin atau syaitan boleh menyerupai pelbagai rupa. Perlbagai inisiatif promosi akan dijalankan selain daripada kempen promosi melalui media elektronik serta media cetak. Sebelum ini, KRU Studios telah menyiarkan treler filem "Karak" di pawagam mulai Mac 2011 serta di youtube yang kini sudah melebihi 110,00 penonton. Angka ini sungguh menakjubkan memandangkan filem ini hanya akan ditayangkan lebih 7 minggu dari sekarang sekaligus membuktikan keterujaan penonton menyaksikan filem seram ekstrem ini. "Karak" bakal merasuk di pawagam berdekatan mulai 26hb May 2011 nanti. KRU Studios juga meneruskan tradisi mempromosikan filem ini melalui lagu tema nyanyian Bandi AMUK yang berjudul "KEREK" ciptaan sepenuhnya oleh Edry Abdul Halim.
