SYARAT LANTIKAN:
- Memiliki Ijazah PhD/Sarjana/Sarjana Muda/ (PhD/Master/Bachelor Degree)
- Memiliki Sijil Metodologi Pengajaran/(Teaching Methodology)
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang Pengurusan dan sebagai Pensyarah sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun
- Pengalaman menguruskan bidang akademik peringkat IPTS diutamakan


2. KETUA PROGRAM (KEJURURAWATAN/PEMBANTU PERUBATAN/FARMASI)

SYARAT LANTIKAN:
- Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana/Sarjana Muda / (Bachelor/Master Degree) yang berkaitan dengannya
- Berpengalaman dalam bidang Pengurusan dan pengajaran/pensyarah sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun
- Berdaftar dengan masing-masing Lembaga (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia/Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia atau Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia)


3. PENSYARAH (PENGAJIAN MALAYSIA, FIZIK, KIMIA, BIOLOGI, MATEMATIK, PEMAKANAN, ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY, SAINS FARMASI)

SYARAT LANTIKAN:
- Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang berkaitan daripada institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf
- Mereka yang mempunyai pengalaman mengajar atau memiliki Diploma Pendidikan akan diberi keutamaan


4. PENSYARAH/PENGAJAR KLINIKAL (KEJURURAWATAN DAN PEMBANTU PERUBATAN)

SYARAT LANTIKAN:
- Jawatan Pensyarah : Memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda/Sarjana dalam bidang Kejururawatan/Pembantu Perubatan yang diiktiraf oleh Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)/Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan
- Jawatan Pengajar Klinikal : Memiliki Diploma Kejururawatan/Pembantu Perubatan yang diiktiraf oleh Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)/Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan
- Pengalaman klinikal sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun
- Keutamaan diberikan kepada pemohon yang mempunyai Sijil pengkhususan seperti Bilik Bedah, Kesihatan Umum, Perawatan Kebidanan, Pediatrik, Critical Care dan sebagainya
- Berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) bagi Jururawat
- Berdaftar dengan LOembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia bagi Pembantu Perubatan
- Mempunyai Sijil "Teaching Methodology" bagi jawatan pensyarah

1. Business Support Executive

Responsibilities:
•Provide Distributors with good technical support and assistance as well as providing good customer service.
•Enjoy working independently, possess good organizational skills and presentation skills.
•Will be required to plan and execute Events, Meetings and Activities.
•A committed team player who takes initiative to act and is able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
•At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
•Preferably Junior Executives with 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, Marketing or Mass Comm. Fresh grads may also be considered
•Possess excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and people skills at all levels.
•Ability to speak English, Malay and Mandarin (preferably).
•Willing to travel regularly.


2. Executive (Events Marketing)

Responsibilities:
•Organize and provide support in marketing events and field activities.
•To create excitement and build product brands in line with marketing strategies.
•Work closely with Product Marketers on strategic planning and business line focus in the area of events marketing.
•Liaison with vendors on event planning, to ensure smooth running and successful execution of events.
•Sourcing and tracking of event vendors.

Requirements:
•Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Event Management with minimum 2 years working experience related field.
•Computer literate with hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good spoken and written communication and negotiation skills
•Able to work in a fast pace environment under minimum supervision
•Independent with strong organizational skills


3. Khidmat Pelanggan (Juruwang)

Responsibilities:
•Membantu aktiviti operasi harian di dalam premis perniagaan
•Menjalankan tugas sebagai Pembantu Jualan dan Juruwang
•Menjawab panggilan telefon
•Penerangan dan rundingan terhadap barang-barang
•Demonstrasi barang-barang
•Memberi nasihat dan perkhidmatan selepas jualan
•Membantu dalam menjual dan mempromosikan barang-barang

Requirements:
•SPM/STPM
•2 tahun pengalaman kerja di dalam bidang yang berkaitan dengan jawatan yang dipohon. Pengalaman di dalam bidang FMCG adalah digalakkan
•Boleh bekerja lebih masa / syif, hujung minggu dan cuti umum bila diperlukan
•Berperwatakan menarik, kemahiran berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mencapai matlamat
•Mahir dalam penggunaan komputer
•Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia & English


4. Personal Driver

Responsibilities:
•To provide reliable and courteous service and plan the most efficient route service when assigned a job
•To maintain Company vehicles and ensure they are in good and safe working conditions
•To transport guests and visitors to assigned venue
•To assist the mail room operations when required

Requirements:
•Minimum SPM and possess a valid driving license
•At least with 2 years working experience in a related position
•Familiar with Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lunpur street routes
•Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•Honest with excellent work attitude


5. Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
•Assist in marketing activities such as event registration, product/premium survey and product displays.
•Follow up with vendors in purchasing activities and payment arrangement.
•Assist in travel and accommodation booking arrangements and booking of meeting rooms.
•Provide customer service via telephone enquiries and servicing walk-in distributors for cosmetic testing; attend to queries and other related matters.
•Manage loan of product/premium samples and marketing banners.
•Provide overall administrative support to the Marketing Executives.

Requirements:
•Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration with 2 years related working experience.
•Computer literate with hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Able to work in fast pace under minimum supervision


6. Training Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate training arrangements, including training venue arrangement, trainers' accommodation and travelling arrangement.
•Assist Head of Training to negotiate better hotel rates.
•Prepare training materials and send them to respective locations.
•Up-to-date filling for the department.
•Manage training equipment.
•Handle workshop registrations.
•Provide administrative support to the trainers

Requirements:

•Diploma in any discipline with 2 years working experience in training or related administrative function.
•Computer literate with hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Able to read and write English
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Independent with strong organizational skills to execute multiple tasks


7. Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:
•Overall in charge of mail room functions and processing of Purchase Orders
•Liaison with vendors on purchasing of pantry grocery and stationeries.
•Assist in arrangement of sending Company Cars for services & repair, dealing with insurance and road tax renewal and other vehicle related matters.
•Keep track of maintenance agreement and services of photocopiers and fax machines.
•Ensure timely payment for renewal of company license: MPPJ, Pejabat Tanah, etc.
•Coordinate F&B arrangement for all management meetings including AGM.

Requirements:
•Degree in Business Administration with minimum 3 years working experience in related administration functions.
•Computer literate with hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good written, negotiation and communication skills
•Understands procurement and expenditure processes
•Independent with strong organizational skills to execute multiple tasks
