Among the delicious attractions include Paddock Farm Rack of Lamb with Garlic Rosemary Jus, Albert Park Grilled Beef with Pepper Sauce, Marina Bay Crumbled Salmon with Buttered Caper Sauce, Silverstone Slipper Lobster with Garlic Cream Sauce, Monte Carlo Grilled Beef with Avocado Salsa Onion Sauce, Suzuki Teriyaki Baked Chicken Breast and Pit Stop Assorted Garden Vegetables. These specialties, among many others are available as part of the nightly international buffet menu. The creation, inspired by Malaysia's King of Fruits, is beautifully done in the shape of a dome and consists of alternate layers of delightful chocolate sponge and fresh mascarpone-durian mousse with toasted almond flakes. The cake is then enrobed with a soft yet fragrant layer of white chocolate panna cotta and sprinkled with caramelised almonds.
